Starting from Fall 2025, the Department of Nursing will offer a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program to address the growing healthcare and clinical needs of the country. The program is designed to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and professionalism required in modern nursing practice. Highly qualified and compassionate faculty, well-equipped simulation labs and classrooms, a dedicated nursing resource center, and access to clinical partnerships provide an ideal environment for student learning and growth.
The educational approach of the department is based on the Outcome Based Education (OBE) system, aligned with global best practices. This system emphasizes clearly defined learning outcomes, enabling students to demonstrate competence in critical thinking, patient care, communication, and ethical decision-making. The OBE framework ensures continuous assessment and development across all learning domains, ensuring that graduates are fully prepared to meet the standards of healthcare delivery.
The BS Nursing Program will seek accreditation from the Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC) under the Outcome Based Education (OBE) system, reinforcing our commitment to producing highly skilled and compassionate nursing professionals.
