Abasyn University Islamabad Campus organized an orientation session for the incoming students of the BS Psychology Program (Fall 2025 Session). The event was led by Mr. Abdur Rahim Khan, Coordinator of the Psychology Program, along with the distinguished faculty members of the Department of Psychology.

The session began with a warm welcome to the new batch, followed by an introduction to the university’s academic culture and values. Faculty members briefed students on the program’s curriculum, learning outcomes, research opportunities, and future career pathways in the field of psychology. Emphasis was placed on the importance of developing critical thinking, research skills, and professional ethics to prepare students for both national and international opportunities.

Students were also guided on academic policies, classroom engagement, counseling facilities, library and laboratory resources, and extracurricular activities available on campus. The orientation aimed to help students smoothly transition into university life by providing them with essential information and encouraging them to actively participate in both academic and personal development initiatives.

The program concluded with an interactive Q&A session, where students shared their queries and expressed enthusiasm to begin their educational journey at Abasyn University.
